For owners & property managers

You're renting your own guests
back from a platform.

They discovered your home. Now they pay a commission to a company that will never hand you the guest's email, never let you build a brand, and can change the rules on a Tuesday. Browse Stay puts your own booking site in front of that guest at the exact moment they're deciding.

The math, on your numbers

How much are the fees actually costing you?

Move the sliders. This is the commission leaving your business every year — and what it compounds to if nothing changes.

Illustrative model, not a forecast or a guarantee of bookings. Platform fee structures vary; enter your own numbers for a realistic figure.

The part nobody puts on a pitch deck

A business built on someone else's algorithm isn't a business. It's a tenancy.

The fees are the visible cost. The real one is fragility — every rule you don't control is a risk you can't price.

1

Ranking is not yours

A search-algorithm change can halve your visibility overnight, with no notice, no appeal and no one to call. You didn't do anything wrong. You just stopped being shown.

2

The guest list is not yours

You hosted them. You cleaned for them. You'll never email them again. Every repeat stay is a fee you pay twice for a guest you already earned.

3

The terms are not yours

Commission rates, cancellation policies, payout timing, refund decisions — all revisable without your consent. Your margin is a setting in someone else's dashboard.

What direct bookings actually buy

Not just margin. Ownership.

A guest list you keep. Emails, preferences, repeat stays. The asset compounds instead of resetting.
Pricing you control. Your rates, your minimum stays, your cancellation terms — not a policy update you read about after the fact.
A brand guests remember. They booked "Bear Stay," not "a listing." Next year they come back to you, not to a search box.
Diversification. Keep the platforms for discovery. Just stop letting them own the transaction. One channel failing shouldn't end your year.

Joining takes a day

You change nothing. We do the wiring.

No new channel manager. No migration. No code on your site.

Send us your site

Your direct booking website and the platform listings that match it. If you have 40 properties, one link is enough — we read the rest.

We verify and match

Every property is checked against your platform listings by URL and title, so travellers only ever see a link that's genuinely yours. Verification is manual, once.

Travellers find you

When someone views your home — or even just searches your destination — Browse Stay surfaces your own site. They click through. You take the booking.

Why free? Because the extension is worth nothing to travellers without homes in it. Owners are the supply — you're not the product, you're the reason it works.

Apply to be listed

Your guest is deciding right now.

Tell us where your homes are and where your booking site lives. We'll verify and get you live — usually within a day. No fee, no contract, no catch.

  • We never message your guests or use platform branding.
  • You can remove your listings at any time, instantly.
  • Read your host agreement first — off-platform promotion is your risk, and we'd rather say so.

We reply to every application. No newsletter, no spam.

Owner questions

The objections, answered plainly.

Will this get my listing suspended?

Be careful and read your host agreement — this is the honest answer. Platforms restrict how hosts divert guests off-platform, and enforcement risk sits with you, not with us. Browse Stay never messages your guests, never uses platform branding, and never touches the checkout page. Many owners run direct booking sites openly and always have. If you're unsure, speak to your own advisor before applying.

Do I have to leave Airbnb?

No, and we'd advise against it. Platforms are excellent at discovery — that's what they're for. Keep them. This is about not paying a commission on the guests they've already shown you, and on the ones who come back.

How is it free? What's the real model?

The extension is worthless to travellers if no homes are in it. Owners are the supply side, so listing is free and always will be. Longer term we earn from optional paid placement and tooling for large property managers — never from a cut of your bookings.

What if my site isn't ready for direct bookings?

Then say so in the form. Browse Stay is built by Crafted With Code, who build direct booking sites for exactly this. You're under no obligation to use them, and you don't need to be a client to be listed.

Do you take my guest data?

We never see it. The traveller clicks through to your website and books with you. We don't process payments, we don't sit in the middle, and we have no access to your guest list. We only count that a click happened.
