Fee Policy

1. What BrowseStay charges

Listing properties on BrowseStay is free. There is no upfront cost, no subscription fee, and no setup fee.

BrowseStay charges a 5% host fee on each completed direct booking that originates from a direct booking link surfaced by BrowseStay.

2. What guests pay

Guests are not charged any BrowseStay fee. A guest pays the price set by the property owner, on the owner's own website.

3. What the fee does not apply to

• Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other platform.
• Bookings that reach the owner through the owner's own marketing, and not through BrowseStay.
• Cancelled bookings, or bookings that are never completed.

4. Changes to the fee

If the host fee changes, listed owners will be notified in advance. Continuing to be listed after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fee.
